Considering the severe typhoon situation and safety of the Finalists, Jurors and Staff, the Final Judging of the following Award Sub-categories that require a Project Site Visit on 2 or 3 Sep 2023 will be cancelled.

• New Buildings – Completed Projects (Commercial) [Ref. no.: NB1b-xx]
• New Buildings – Completed Projects (Institutional) [Ref. no.: NB1c-xx]
• Existing Buildings – Completed Projects (Commercial) [Ref. no.: EB1b-xx]
• Existing Buildings – Completed Projects (Institutional) [Ref. no.: EB1c-xx]
• Existing Buildings – Facilities Management [Ref. no.: EB3-xx]
• Existing Buildings – Interiors [Ref. no.: EB4-xx]

The GBA Secretariat will inform the Applicants of the rescheduled judging date and time by email as soon as possible.

For the Finalists in other Award Sub-categories, please follow the Adverse Weather Arrangements specified in the tables below and stay updated with the weather situation and announcement on this page.

Actions to be taken under the adverse weather conditions announced by The Hong Kong Observatory:

1. Before Final Judging Commencement

I. Adverse Weather Signals	Action to be Taken
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is in force / confirmed to be issued:
at or after 6:00am	Whole-day site visits and presentations will be cancelled

II. Adverse Weather Signals	Action to be Taken
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above / Black Rainstorm Warning is lowered:
at or before 6:00am	All site visits and presentations will be held as scheduled

2. Final Judging that Have Already Started

Adverse Weather Signals	Action to be Taken
When Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is in force	All site visits and presentations already in progress will be dismissed immediately
When Black Rainstorm Warning is in force	All site visits and presentations already in progress will be dismissed immediately
